While I was able to find a replacement for the thermostat ( http://www.conrad.com/ce/en/product/109 ... 0?ref=list ), I cannot find a replacement TRV. And I do not understand - because I cannot figure out how the room thermostat can be used without a radiator valve.

Can anyone tell me how this works? And what TRV I could use?

The replacement for the discontinued HM-CC-VD an the HM-CC-TC ist the HM-CC-RT-DN (http://www.conrad.com/ce/en/product/595 ... 5?ref=list), wich can be used with or without the optional room thermostat HM-TC-IT-WM-W-EU (http://www.conrad.com/ce/en/product/109 ... view1&rb=1).

To be frank, I think I preferred the design of the old TRVs (they didn't stick out from the radiator as much).

But the fact that the new TRV can also be used standalone is a big plus - so I guess I cannot complain.
