Hello,
I have bought the CCU3 and I have 6 Radiator Thermostat and I cannot link the radiator with the CCU3.
I power on the radiator and in the CCU3, when I click on Teach-In Device, does not show up anything.
How does it work to link to the CCU3? I thought it was easier but not. I am missing something.
Thank you.
Juan.

Re: CCU3 does not teach-in Radiator Thermostat
2x Questions:
1. What radiator modell you want to teach in?
2. Are you teaching in thru the website after login?

Re: CCU3 does not teach-in Radiator Thermostat
Hello
I have these two models:
Homematic IP Smart Home Radiator Thermostat, white, 140280A0
Homematic IP Heating Set Push to Pair, white, 153413A0
I have tried to put in Teach-in mode, and algo removing the battery and install them again and restarting the CCU3, but I do not get nothing in the INBOX to link.
Answering your second question. Yes, First time, I conect the CCU3, it requested to update the firmware, I updated and after that I reboot and logged in, and inside the websie, I click on Tech-in devices, and then in Tech-in HmIP devices, then I put device in teach-in mode, power on the device. But nothing happened. I saw a video in youtube that he does same procedure, and the device after 5 second appears in the INBOX, but I am missing something or I do not know what is happening.
FYI: Before the CCU3 I had an Access Point eQ-3, radiator thermostat was linked to this Access Point. Currently I have linked to the Access Point to control the Radiator on the meantime, because I cannot get working with the CCU3.

Re: CCU3 does not teach-in Radiator Thermostat
!! I recommend you to reset your device first especially when it was connected to the Access Point !!
1. Battery out
2. Battery in + Press the Button until it flashes orange
3. Than press again the Button until its green.
Here a video: https://youtu.be/5pQydWULOJs
Than try again to teach it in, here a video for HmIP - wait the whole 60 sec to teaching in:

Alternative:
If this is not working you can after the reset try to teach in by using the serial number directly in the input field.

Re: CCU3 does not teach-in Radiator Thermostat
PERFECT, Thanks! Now the paring is working like a charm.
From now on, Do I have to use the CCU to setup each valve or I can use another App from the phone?
