Hi, a question? When I put my thermostat in the off position I don't want the heat to come on, but it does now and starts the heating even in this off position.
What shall i do? Blocked the switch actuator in the off position on the thermostat?
Best Regards Claes L

I think this is because the frost protection.
It's always active even if the thermostat is off.
You coult try to "lock" the actuator via WebUI-Program. In german the option is named "Sperrung aktiv".
This should prevent that the thermostat can switch the actor.

I have never testet ist, so try it out for yourself.

Do you have the heating unit connected to Homematic (e.g. via Multi IO box)? If not the heater doesn't know whether there is demand for heat or not.
