Macro Programming & Mails

I am a newbie to this, but I have recently bought a FHZ1300 which came with Homeputer Studio but no documentation

I have worked out a few bits (I can send e-mails), but I want to use incomming e-mails to activate macros dependant on the mail subject. Can anyone help?

Does anyone have any general documentation on the syntax for macro comands?
