Verbindungsproblem mit Schaltaktor HM-LC-Sw1PBU-FM

Meine CCU3 hat Verbindungsprobleme mit einem Schaltaktor HM-LC-Sw1PBU-FM. Diese Probleme bestanden auch schon vor der kürzlichen Migration von der CCU2 zur CCU3. Der Abstand zur CCU sollte kein Problem sein. Er beträgt ca. 4m und im gleichen Abstand befindet sich ein identischer Aktor, der problemlos ansprechbar ist.
Der aktuell problematische Aktor ist sechs Jahre alt. Er lässt sich über die Schaltwippe normal bedienen. Das Problem eines verklebten Relais scheint er also nicht zu haben. Wobei dadurch, dass gar keine Verbindung zustande kommt, über die CCU gar kein Schaltvorgang ausgelöst wird. Aber manuell gibts keine Probleme.

Was kann ich tun, um den Aktor "zurückzuholen"? Kann es helfen, ihn neu anzulernen? Oder gibt es bessere Wege? Das ist vermutlich eine Frage, die von diesem Aktor unabhängig ist, ich habe aber über die Forums-Suche nichts gefunden ...

Ein Nachtrag: Die Servicemeldung zur Störung (nicht "war gestört", sondern "ist gestört") scheint selbstständig wieder zu verschwinden. Dieses Verhalten kenne ich sonst gar nicht.

"ist gestört" verschwindet selbsständig, wenn die Verbindung wieder da ist; "war gestört" bleibt bis zum Bestätigen.

Drüberlernen könnte helfen.

"Drüberlernen" (Anlernmodus an, Config-Taste am Aktor gedrückt, LED am Aktor leuchtet einmal kurz grün) hat leider nicht funktioniert. Der Aktor wird von der CCU immer noch nicht wieder erreicht.

Also doch zuerst ablernen und dann neu anlernen? Oder gibt es noch einen besseren Weg für einen "Neuanfang"?

Aber, die Verbindungsprobleme sind ja geblieben. Also ablernen und neu anlernen? Oder ist vermutlich der Aktor defekt, wenn das 'drüberlernen das Problem nicht löst?

Könnte auf C26 rauslaufen, wobei das überwiegend beim Rollladenaktor auftrat.

Ich habe das Fehlerbild nun etwas klarer:

1. Versuche ich, über das WebUI oder die HomeControl-App das Licht einzuschalten, so wird dieser Schaltvorgang auch ausgeführt. Direkt im Anschluss geht die Darstellung aber wieder von "ein" auf "aus" zurück und die Servicemeldung erscheint. Die Lampe leuchtet in der Realität aber weiterhin. Schalte ich die Lampe dann manuell mit dem realen Lichtschalter aus, erlischt die Servicemeldung. Anschließend kann ich die Lampe auch wieder über das WebUI oder die App einschalten und das Ganze beliebig wiederholen.
2. Ich habe eine Wandtaster mit einer Direktverknüpfung zur Lampe. Auch darüber kann ich die Lampe einschalten aber anschließend nicht wieder ausschalten. Beim Versuch des Ausschaltens blinkt das "Aus"-Tastenfeld am Wandtaster kurz rot. Schalte ich dann die Lampe manuell aus, kann ich sie über den Wandtaster auch wieder einschalten, und das Spiel wie bei der Steuerung über die CCU wiederholen.

Im Anhang sind die Log-Einträge während des 'Drüberlernes (lang) und beim Einschalten über die CCU. Ich verstehe nichts von dem, was ich dort sehe, aber das ist ja zum Glück bei vielen hier anders
