HM-SEC-RHS anderer Sicherheitsschlüssel als CCU möglich?

Hallo,

ich hab den HM-SEC-RHS Fensterdrehgriffsensor, der immer mal wieder Zicken macht. Heute hat er gar nicht mehr reagiert und das Ablernen aus der CCU2 hat nicht funktioniert. Da hab ich ihn leider voreilig aus der CCU2 entfernt und den Sensor zurückgesetzt. Danach wollte ich Ihn wieder anlernen. Er geht auch in den Anlernmodus und die CCU2 erkennt ihn dann, fragt dann aber nach dem Sicherheitsschlüssel. Den hab ich dann eingegeben, aber das Spiel geht wie in einer Endlosschleife immer weiter. Anlernmodus CCU2, Anlernmodus HM-SEC-RHS, Frage nach dem Schlüssel usw.

Zum Testen, ob ich überhaupt den richtigen Schlüssel verwende, hab ich dann ein Backup der CCU2 erstellt und dann wieder eingespielt. Der Schlüssel wurde beim Zurückspielen abgefragt, eingegeben und et voila das hat geklappt. Der Schlüssel ist also richtig und seit mindestens 4 Jahren unverändert und gut "dokumentiert".

Den HM-SEC-RHS hab ich in etwa vor einem Jahr schon mal neu angelernt, da hat das geklappt. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern das da nach einem Schlüssel gefragt wurde.

Die einzige These die ich jetzt noch habe ist, das der HM-SEC-RHS noch den alten Schlüssel hat, den ich bei der Erstinstallation verwendet habe, der aber vor ca. 4 Jahren geändert wurde. Den ersten Schlüssel kenne ich aber nicht mehr... :-(

Kann es sein das der HM-SEC-RHS diesen "neuen" Schlüssel, den ich vor 4 Jahren vergeben habe, nie übertragen bekommen hat?

Hat wer noch ne Idee oder ist das jetzt die perfekte Gelegenheit das zickende Ding zu ersetzen? HmIP-SWDO-I ist geordert....auf Drehgriffkontrolle kann ich bei dem Fenster verzichten..

Eigentlich nicht, denn so lange ein Schlüsseltausch bei einem Gerät ansteht, gibt es eine Servicemeldung "Konfigurationsdaten stehen zur Übertragung an".

Vielen Dank für die Antwort. Ich hab bei dem Drehgriffsensor ein paar Tage die Batterien rausgenommen, danach zurückgesetzt und nochmal versucht anzulernen. Leider bleibt die Eingabe des Schlüssels der Knackpunkt. Der aktuelle Schlüssel (verifiziert wie unten getestet) klappt nicht sowie etliche andere möglichen Kombinationen von "alte " Schlüssel auch nicht.

Ich bin jetzt ratlos. Wenn niemand noch eine Idee hat, wird der HM-SEC-RHS wohl in den Ruhestand versetzt aber ich bin für jede andere Ideen Dankbar. Er liegt jetzt bei mir auf dem Schreibtisch und bei Langeweile teste ich hin und wieder...

Zu ELV einsenden für um die 15 Euro ist er denke ich nicht mehr wert, da er eh Stammgast im Posteingang Störungsmeldung war.

Also wenn der Sensor einen Sicherheitsschlüssel bekommen hat, wovon ich nach deiner Beschreibung ausgehe, dann kannst du ihn gar nicht mehr am Gerät selbst zurücksetzen. Das geht dann nur über die CCU mit dem entsprechenden Sicherheitsschlüssel.

Normalerweise bekommen angemeldete Geräte einen geänderten Sicherheitsschlüssel automatisch übertragen. Und wenn dein Sensor mehrere Jahre problemlos mit dem neuen Sicherheitsschlüssel funktionierte, dann sollte er ihn ebenfalls übertragen bekommen haben. Ansonsten hätte er gar nicht mehr ordnungsgemäß an der CCU funktionieren dürfen.

Klingt alles etwas selbtsam. Aber wenn der noch den alten Sicherheitsschlüssel gespeichert haben sollte, den du nicht mehr kennst, dann bleibt dir nur das Einsenden an eQ-3 oder das Ausschlachten bzw. Entsorgen.

Mein Tipp. Nur dann einen Sicherheitsschlüssel vergeben, wenn es z.B. wegen einer KeyMatic unbedingt sein muss. Das Ding macht leider ziemlich häufig Probleme beim Zurücksetzen und Neuaufsetzen von Systemen bzw. Komponenten.

Und warum lernst du ihn dann in diesem Zustand nicht ab mit 'Werksreset'?
Dann ist er doch Keyless.

Danke für das feedback, die Antwort ist das ich "in Eile" das Problem mit dem Drehgriffsensor lösen wollte, der den Status in der CCU2 wieder nicht ändern wollte... demnächst lieber langsam und gründlich, sowie nachdenken. Das mit dem Schlüssel ist mir aber auch noch nicht klar. Das Ding ist jetzt erst mal aussortiert, die Batterien konnte ich gleich für einen anderen Sensor verwenden. :-)

Jetzt verrichtet der HmIP-SWDO-I seinen Dienst am Fenster. Der ist sehr zuverlässig.

So ich habe genau das selbe Problem. Um das ganze noch etwas verwirrender zu machen. Der Sensor lässt sich problemlos an eine andere Zentrale ohne Sicherheitsschlüssel anlernen, aber der Status ändert sich nur wenn von gesicherter Übertragung auf Standard geändert wird.

Habe nun den Sicherheitsschlüssel auf der Zentrale identisch mit meiner verwendeten Zentrale gesetzt. Nun stehen permanent Konfigurationsdaten an und der DutyCycle ging auf 100%.
