question about starting the boiler (in english)

Hello,

I've read a lot about FHT/Max! Cube/Honeywell Evohome and other systems that can improve the energy consumption.

In each of these I have found if they can or cannot control the boiler (on / off) when there is heat demand: in FHT/FS20 there is FHT8W that gathers data from room thermostats and, when there is demand, it starts the boiler. Max! Cube cannot start the boiler directly. In Honeywell Evohome, the EvoTouch controller communicates with the relay BRD91 that starts or stops the boiler.

Question: is there a similar product/module that can be used to control the boiler (on/off)?

I have a embedded xp pc system that runs 24/7.
On this xp homeputer studio is running.
Homeputer studio got his information from the room thermostate in every room FHT800B.
At the moment one of the thermostate's is opening a cv valve i start the bolier.
I always let it burn in periods of 5 min.
Whit every extra room i add 1 minute
Then i switch the boiler off for 3 min.
At the moment i reached the ricght temperature (-0.5°C) i switch off the boiler.
The boiler is switched on and off with a FS20 AS1/SA
