Hi all,
I am thinking to buy a door lock drive: https://homematic-ip.com/en/product/lock for a house.
Some of the house members will continue to use a physical key. Are they going to feel any resistance when opening the door from outside with a key? I am thinking that the lock drive have some mechanism with wheels inside and they need to apply more force to rotate the key.
Thank you.

nope, it's not noticable.
Just hand them some remotes instead of keys

Hi, I will not open another thread.
I bought a warehouse (nearly new) door lock but is doe not seem to be working. Open and close buttons are opening and closing the door. Unfortunately I can not pair the device. Add device from my phone app does not show anything. I removed the batteries, pressed pairing button, nothing happens.
Is it a defect? Is something else I can do? Thanks.
