turning homematic into a heatpump/gasboiler selector

i have a set whit acces point floor group handlers and several thermostats and a gasboiler activator.


it would be nice if i could use port 1 or 2 based on a outside temperature, either local or front internet.

is this posseble through a ccu ?
or should i look for a other solution?
