Dear all,
I just installed an HmIP-BROLL-2 as replacement of an HM-LC-Bl1PBU-FM but came to the very annoying discovery that the actual position of the BROLL is not updated during the movement. So I'm not able to open the screen to like 50% from within the user interface. I can't imaging that a newer device (which the BROLL is) has less functionality than its predecessor.
The position is updated when the movement is stopped (whether this is done manually or via a command).
Can somebody help me out here?
Furthermore, while testing it seems that the BROLL keeps "forgetting" its position. So the shutter is physically 100% open and the BROLL corresponds with that. However when I click the button or run the command to close the shutter, the shutter moves just briefly and stops, the BOLL thinks it's fully closed?!
Is there something wrong with the BROLL itself? It's brand new! The LED doesn't show any errors and the communication with the central unit is working and constant.

SOLUTION:
Contacting ELV with this issue solved the problem. I had to do an Auto calibration from within the User Interface and after a successful run disable the "Automatic detection of the end position": The shutter now opens and closes to full without mistakes. And, best of all, it is able to programmatically go to an position in between.
