Is there an easy way to setup a connection between a wall thermostat (like WTH-1) and a 230V switch actuator (like TRX1) to control room temperature using a heater ?
I know I can do it with node-red, Homeassistant and so on, but I would like to have it working without any servers, just simple "Direct Device Connection".
I have added them to a group and the thermostat turns ON the plug after changing the setpoint temperature but it doesn't turn it OFF when the setpoint is set to be lower than actual temperature.
What am I missing ?

OK, it works but with a lag of about 2 minutes what makes it confusing at the begining.
So creating a group and adding a thermostat and the plug to it is all you need to do to get it work just fine.
Turning heating ON works immediately, for turning OFF just wait few minutes.

There has been a change of settings/features with a recent firmware update of the WTH.
See e.g.

for how to adapt the settings of your direct connection to get it working as intended.

Es kann leider nicht ganz ausgeschlossen werden, dass ich mich irre.
