Resetting Homematic System without Activation Code

Hello everyone,

I just bought home with homematic system including temperature and light control with Access point.
The problem is that previous owner has installed app on our smartphones, but with restricted access. So we cannot raise the temperature above 22,5 C and it's a bit problematic. Unfortunately he has deleted app on his smartphone, so it's impossible to retrieve PIN or activation code.
What shall we do? Can we buy new access point and reset all devices?
