Hello,
I have a Novoferm with Novoport IV and also a Homematic ip HAP and a HmIP-MOD-TM connected to the USB port of the Novoport IV.
It has worked for the last year without any problems, but last week I saw that the Homematic ip Android app showed a "?" icon over the garage door icon and since then I can't open/close or control the door with the mobile app.
I thought the HmIP-MOD-TM was broken and bought a new one, but the result is the same... I added the new device to the app and it also shows the "?" icon and I can't control the door with the mobile app.
Can someone tell me what could be happening and what I can do?

As I don't have a HAP, I have no idea. I can only suggest to create a support token in the app and contact eq3 support. Maybe you can use deepl or some other good translator and post on the German part of the forum, as I think that not many look into this English section.
