hm-lc-sw1-fm Lost communication

I have one of these in my system, been working fine for 6 months but now after a short time (less than a day) loses communication permanently.

I've deleted and re-taught the device, reset it to factory settings and rebooted the ccu but still it loses communication. All other devices have kept sync fine. I'm assuming somethings got wrong with it but is there anything else I should be trying before requesting a replacement?
