I think the transmit power of the dimmer is too low. You should try to send it back and get a new one.

Thanks but it seems unlikely, as I have 3 of them (Hm-Lc-Dim1PWM-CV) behaving the same way and the remote gets the acknowledgement at much bigger distance then the distance from the CCU2 to the actor.

Does the remote get the ACK at 100m distance? Or at least at 15m in your house?
Did you already contact ELV or eQ-3 ?

Hi Sammy,

You are right, I tried putting the actor within 20 cm of the CCU and see there it paired (With -128db to -90db).

I have not tested the other 2 actors yet this way, but it will probably be the same so it must be a bad batch of devices.

Edit:

I tested to 2 others and it was more or less the same (A little better -100 to -80db at a distance of 20cm but more than 2 meters away and they stop working)
