2.29.18.20170731 certificate issue

(i'll do it in english since me and german would A take ages and B spell checker would get a stroke)

I don' t exactly know if i'm adding to this problem or creating a new one but i'll just spit it out here.

In the control panel --> network settings tab i'm trying to create a new certificate.

All info (except country) is OK and when i hit "create certificate" i get the messages that the webserver needs to restart and then........ it dies.
No connection possible not on 80 433 and 8181

In the lighthttpd error log i see

To get it up i need to start the lighthttpd service again or reboot but/and i still cant download the certificate.

Did i miss the bus or what?
