Issue is solved!

I placed a wall thermostat to make sure all radiator thermostats have the same IST temperature
This results in comparable opening of the valves
I now used the 'and' function for turning off the boiler, and the 'or' function for turning on the boiler. Now the boiler switches on when at least one of the valves has an opening of more then 0.03 (3%) en switches off when all valves are opening equal or less then 0.03 (3%) Already with 3% opening the water starts flowing in my system.

Remco, my set up seems to be very similar to what you are trying to do.

(I didn't spot your message, otherwise I would have posted earlier. I hope you fixed it, if not I might be able to help you.)

I open up the main valve (city heating net / 'stadsverwarming') whenever one of the valves opens more than 10%.

Simplified:

If l0_floorheating_valve_radiator_tx valve position > 10% (trigger when changed)
then open valve
else close valve
