Anyone have solution for stairs switch with Homematic IP, that means 2 switches controlling 1 light? What I need to buy?

3 of multiple possible solutions (depending on your electrical installation):
HmIP-FSM16 + 2x (HmIP-BRC2 or HmIP-FCI1)
HmIP-BSM + HmIP-BRC2
HmIP-BSM + HmIP-FCI1
HmIP-FSM16 + 2x (HmIP-BRC2 or HmIP-FCI1)
HmIP-BSM + HmIP-BRC2
HmIP-BSM + HmIP-FCI1

could you draw an simple electric diagram of what you have and want to achieve? The main question (for me) is about how you would prefer to manage power to lamps..
