App Beta Test: HmIP Access Point + CCU / RaspberryMatic in one App

Right now there is on Facebook a Beta Test App from Easy Smarthome GmbH for Android/Iphone on Smartphone and Tablets.
The App works with all Homematic Gateways: HmIP Access Point, CCU, RaspberryMatic and their own easySH smartha Box:

No Cloud from Cloudmatic necessary!!!

That's Homematic IP only it seems? In other words: needs Internet access / cloud access and doesn't work without?

No - it’s all - no Cloud !!! - CCU / RaspberryMatic / for HmIP Access Point (eQ3 free Cloud can be connected)
