Hi,
Is it possible to create a virtual(wall) thermostat in raspberrymatic, that I can set the current temperature with node-red (MQTT) ?
And this virtual thermostat will control 2 or more Homematic IP Heizkörperthermostat basic HmIP-eTRV-B

Re: Virtual Thermostat
If you put those to HmIP-eTRV-B in a heating-group, there should be a virtual group device. I GUESS that could be controlled with node-red.

Re: Virtual Thermostat
Hi York,
where you from and how did you found out about Homematic?

Re: Virtual Thermostat
Hi,
Thanks, I tried the group and this works, but is it possible to override the ACTUAL_TEMPERATURE for this group? And how does it determine the temperature now from multiple radiator thermostats?
An other question: I See in the group settings that the mode can be set to whisper mode (which would be nice for the bedrooms), does this also work for the HmIP-eTRV-B (basic thermostat)? And if this is the case why is it not a setting for the device itself?
@tomi_cc16: I found out about Homematic seaching the internet, I like the open software and not have to use the cloud.
I am using the raspberry pi for control which works great!
