HM IP MIOB heat demand not turning off

Hello my friends,

Sorry for disturbing you with a question/dilemma. I have HMIP AP and I have it running with multiple wall thermostats, actors and a HM IP MIOB box that should start the boiler+pump in case of heat demand need.
The problem that I face lately is that the heat demand stays ON all the time even if I set all the rooms to 5 degrees (actual room temperatures are higher). I checked the HMIP FAL that I have (2 of them) and they show that there is nothing opened. I also checked and all wall thermostats have good batteries so it does not come in emergency mode. Does anybody know what I can do to make sure the heat demand turns OFF when no heat is needed? Cause it's wasting so much energy like this.

I did not contact them. Thought first to see if anyone else has the issue. Worked ok last winter but now it seems nok.

As I heard a new HAP firmware came out (2.2.18) and today also came an App Update (2.4.0) - maybe that is the reason - best is to contact the support

Do you have some more information on this? Maybe a link to some forum/topic etc so I could read about it? Drives me crazy that I could not find any info on it till now and I searched google for it a lot.

Hi,

no I didn't have more information, but one of my customers have same issue.
It is a new issue and I still know that it is already fixed and the fix will be released soon.

I saw it also posted in facebook groups but the issue I had it also before the update ( I updated also hoping for the best but it seems the best is still to come ). I noticed it around 2 weeks ago and I tried everything ( delete devices, create them back, deleting automations and recreating, reassigning the channels etc) but without any luck.
One thing I can say, if it were not for the nice app ( using the app quite a lot) I would have switched to ccu2/3 in a glance. For the rest of the things in the house I hate the cloud stuff. Always prefer it to have it locally

Seems the support of eq3 is just trying things out and not have an idea. Also, even if I responded to their response in less then 10 minutes seems I go back in the queue of waiting 3 days for a simple response of try something else Looks like it will take a while on this.
