Hi,
I'm new to Homematic IP but had FHT80b earlier as I mentioned in an earlier post.
I'm trying to understand how to set up Homematic IP so it works as my old FHT80b but …..
I have HmIP-WTH-2, HmIP-eTRV-C and CCU3, I would like the wall thermostat to control the room temperature but I can’t get it to work.
In my earlier post I was recommended to put them in a group and that should do it but it does not seem to work, as long as the radiator thermostat temperature is higher than the setpoint nothing happens even if it is below the setpoint at the wall thermostat and I cannot find any settings to change the behavior
Have added some attachments:
‘Chart.jpg’ is the temperatures from Home Assistant, from left to right, Wall thermostat, Radiator thermostat and Room heating group.
‘Channels.jpg’ and ‘Group.jpg’ is settings from Homematic IP.
You can se that the temperature goes under setpoint for a long time without anything happens, I can feel that the radiator is still cold.
The pluming and the curtains make the temperature higher at the radiator just by the heating from the pipes but that does not heat the room at all.
What am I doing wrong?
How do I solve this?
Marry Christmas to you all

Re: Heating not working as I like
SOLVED!
Solution => Update firmware on Thermostats
User error(me), have not paid enough attention so I had missed the note in the GUI on new firmware
After upgrading firmware on the radiator thermostat everything started to work
