Hello / Servus All,
I have just purchased HmIP-HAP-UK (Access point) and HmIP-SPI (Presence detector). My theory was that once set up I could link the presence detector via the Alexa skill and then create a routine through the Alexa app to switch on the LIFX bulbs.
I have Enabled / Configured the Alexa skill, however when I try to discover devices I can't see the HmIP-SPI.
Should my idea work?
If so any thoughts what I may have done incorrectly.
I am happy the Presence detector is working and connected as I can see the little man running and the disappearing after a short time.
Best wishes.
James.

Re: HmIP-SPI -> Alexa -> LIFX
Hi,
Alexa just creates simple routines not as advanced as you wish.
Alternative: ConradConnect Cloud (I think one routine is for free)
Or you install on a RaspberryPi - Home Assistant or ioBroker - connect your devices there and create the link/routines inbetween.

Thank you for your comment.
I have now managed to do what I want through Home Assistant.
Best wishes.
