tl;dr; Could someone kindly point me to how to control hot water cylinder heating via boiler + pump with homematic?
I'm looking to uplift a farm using HomeMatic. It is a traditional oil + rads + zonevalve (S plan plus) setup for hot water cylinder + zoned radiator heating.
Simplifying my problem,
- how do I set about enabling hot water cylinder to be heated? This would be a timed on/off where during this period the tank thermostat will call the boiler for heat if the hot water isnt hot enough
- the property is too large to have the zones fully open and rely on smart TRVs
- how do I set about linking a thermostat to opening a zone valve (Eg google - honeywell V4043).
- CC3
- Wireless thermo stat
- IP Multi io box control to call pump + boiler
- Multi box is connected to a a single zone valve off Homematic IP floor heating actuator 6-x 230 V (I have no idea, is this the way or relays?)
- RAD trv then allows heating on rads where required
