This is really the only site that blocks me, and if I check at Stop Forum Spam they say my IP address is NOT in their database.

I’m a Homematic enthusiast and am struggling with a lot of technical questions. Can you help to unban my IP address from the forum please?

Sorry to hear that, there was a major spam activity in former times, so maybe there is your (your ISP's) IP-address blocked due to such an activity.

Just to check - I sent my IP address in a private message, but it stays in the Outbox instead of moving to the Sent messages.

That's correct, the message stays in the outbox until the recipient read it.
