Heating Set Up

Beitrag von simonpgm » 04.11.2023, 21:37

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forum and new to Homematic automation systems. Since I've been encountering some issues and haven't been able to find a forum thread that solves my doubts, I'll try to detail my situation below to see if someone can lend me a hand.

I live in a building with central heating that has recently been divided into individual units, each with valves installed at the entrance to control the heating in each unit.

To monitor the consumption in my unit, I have the following system installed:

Actuator HmIP-FSI16
Thermostat HmIP-WTH-B-2
Thermostatic valves on each radiator HmIP-eTRV-B
Router HMIP-HAP

The problem I'm facing is as follows: when I directly pair the thermostat with the actuator, they communicate perfectly, and I can control the heating turning on and off. However, when I connect all the devices to the Homematic IP App through the router, none of the devices communicate with the actuator and send the command to turn on the heating.

Could you please guide me on how to proceed to configure my system correctly?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Simon
