Today I get aware of your product via my hue research.
Gladly I read about the support of Homematic.
I tryed to register at your website but unfortunately I got stopped by a "token request"
I already wrote a ticket to your support, but I gladly would be a participant of your Program.
The iPhone and Android App is asking for a Login - I assume its the same login I need for your website, or can I use my homematic login?
If you still need BetaTesters, count me in an contact me at anytime.

I do have a Nexus 10 Tablet, on which I already installed the Core App and the TapHome App yesterday.
Unfortunately the Core Service is not running, after I found my Homematic CCU1 with all devices.
An Errorlog was created, but its not possible to save or export that log^^. I already send a Screenshot to "supporttaphome@isupplies.de"


So if this Tablet is enough as "Mediator" I would like to Beta test your App on this Device and as well on my iPhone5 and if possible on my family's devices (iPhone4s and a Nexus4) to.

PS.: I also installed a Version of Android in a VM Ware and got the exact same results with the same Error Message.
My Homematic Firmware Version is 1.512 and my Android Version is 4.4 on both Devices (physical and virtual).

Hi Sky,

the exception that you showed might not have any relevant meaning. Please send me your login or installation name in order to check what's wrong from our logs (martin.kalis@taphome.com).

In the meanwhile, please try to install http://www.taphome.com/docs/com.taphome ... ndroid.apk which is older version of Core, and has better compatibility than current version.

Hi Holger,

thanks for your interest in our solution!

No server is needed, TapHome is cloud based. You will just need an android device at home (install TapHome Core). The app itself can run on both ios and android.
