Time 1 Hour ahead in HMip-Heating Groups

Please excuse me in English! I am using Charly with RaspberryMatic 2.35.16.20180826. I live in Ireland and I am getting the correct time displayed on the Home Page and in the CCU Time and Position Settings. However, when I set the temperature to change to 13 degrees at 10:00 PM, it actually changes at 9:00 PM. This does not happen with a normal heating schedule. The latitude and longitude are in the same group as the control panel. So, if I SSH into the CCU the time is correct.
I have tried using the GMT / BST and GMT / IST time zones and I have a local NTP server. So it seems the time calculation in HM-IP heating groups is wrong?
