Wenn ich nur das Netzkabel ziehe, ist ein Reconnect von RasberryMatic zum HB-RF-ETH kein Thema, es muss also ein "Neustart" des HB-RF-ETH sein, wo es die Schlüssel usw. verliert, oder?

Was kann einen Neustart des HB-RF-ETH auslösen?

Also ich habe hier Testsysteme (Raspis's / Proxmox VM's) mit HB-RF-ETH und auch mit HM-LGW's (RaspberryMatic im LGW-Modus) und sehe hier keine Probleme bezüglich disconnects.
Alles läuft über einen 24-Port TP-Link Switch mit Uplink zu einer FritzBox.

Und mein CS ist gerne mal 10% und mehr. :mrgreen:

Machen wir den CS jetzt eigentlich pauschal erstmal für alles verantwortlich? :wink:

leider ist mir das schon etwas zu "Hardwarenah" und ich hoffe, ich poste hier keinen absoluten Mist ... Nachdem ich mich via Google etwas über ESP32 usw. schlau gemacht und nachgemessen habe und das Board nur 0,15A zeiht, habe ich es einfach an den USB Port meines Rechners angehängt und folgendes mitgelogged.

Ich hatte parallel eine cmd mit Ping offen, zu dem Zeitpunkt vor dem Reboot gab es immer wieder kurze Aussetzer, ab dem Zeitpunkt "assert failed: sys_timeout_abs ..." war das HB-RF-ETH bis zum Reboot nicht erreichbar:

Hi,

doch, grade die Meldungen am Beginn sind interessant, der RAM läuft nicht einfach von alleine voll, da muss irgendwas vorgefallen sein und das wird hoffentlich auch geloggt. Das kann aber durchaus auch schon einige Zeit vor dem ersten "no mem" auftreten.

Hallo Alex,
alles klar, dann werde ich heute Abend versuchen den kompletten Ablauf zu Loggen. Hast Du vielleicht einen Tipp für mich, wie ich das Monitoring am besten starte? Wenn ich Serial Monitoring in Visual Code manuell starte, verpasse ich immer die ersten Sekunden mit dem Startup - gibt es einen besseren Weg als mit Visual Code?

Ich habe gestern noch ein separates VLAN erstellt und in dieses das HB-RF-ETH, HmIP-HAP, LANGW, Rasberrymatic, Homeassistant und eine kleine Linux VM mit GUI und Browser verschoben.
Das HB-RF-ETH läuft seitdem ohne einem einzigen Packet Loss und die RAM Auslastung bleibt konstant bei 43%, die ist vorher auf knapp über 70% gestiegen, bevor es zum Reset gekommen ist.

Das Problem scheint somit Netzwerktraffic zu sein, mit dem das HB-RF-ETH nicht zurechtkommt. Ich werde in den nächsten Tagen einen Port-Mirror einrichten und mit Wireshark versuchen herauszufinden, was das HB-RF-ETH so an Traffic abbekommt, das ihn aus dem Takt bringt.

Hallo Alex,
um das aus meiner Sicht abzuschließen, ich habe den Fehler gefunden:

Das ganze wurde wohl durch ein Autoupdate der Fritzbox hervorgerufen! Die Fritzbox dient all meinen internen Devices als NTP Zeitsever, damit alle Logs, auch bei fehlernder Internetverbindung einen lokalen NTP Server haben.

Ich habe das HB-RF-ETH wieder in mein PROD VLAN geschoben und konnte sofort zusehen, wie auf der WebUI der Speicherbedarf anstieg. Daraufhin habe ich alle VMs in dem VLAN heruntergefahren und ein Port nach dem anderen am Switch deaktiviert ... bis der speicherverbrauch nicht mehr gestiegen ist.

Wie immer war es das letzte Port, denn an die Firtzbox hätte ich nie gedacht, die hängt ja in einem anderen VLAN!? Das HB-RF-ETH hat allerdings (seit 6 Monaten unverändert) die Fritzbox als Zeitserver eingetragen ...

NTP auf dem HB-RF-ETH auf pool.ntp.org geändert, Port (der Fritzbox) am Switch aktiviert und auf die WebUi der Fritzbox verbunden - dort wurde ich so empfangen:

Mit dem Update auf FRITZ!OS 7.57 haben sich einzelne Einstellungen verändert, die Sie beachten sollten.

Im nächsten Schritt können Sie diese direkt bearbeiten.
Als nächstes überprüft, ob die Fritzbox noch NTP Server spielt:

Macht sie, aber mit einem großen Offset...

Mehrmals den Zeitserver im HB-RF-ETH geändert:
- Eine IP wo kein Zeitserver läuft: OK
- Eine externe Zeitquelle: OK
- Zurück auf die Fritzbox: FAIL

Fritzbox rebootet und nochmal NTP überprüft - schaut wieder aus wie es soll:

Fritzbox wieder als NTP Server im HB-RF-ETH eingetragen und das Problem ist weg, zumindest läuft er schon seit einigen Stunden.

Falls ich nicht eine falsche Schlussfolgerung ziehe, liegt das Problem im HB-RF-ETH, sobald der Offset bei einem NTP Server zu groß ist!

Eventuell gibt es hier eine Möglichkeit das irgendwie im Code zu fixen oder abzufangen ... falls nicht, hab ich damit vielleicht jemand anderem geholfen, der dann die Ursache schneller findet und nicht nach 6 Tagen ohne Licht am Klo knapp vor der Scheidung steht... ;-)
