Hello,
I had my CCU3 working for 1 year and yesterday I was noticed about a new update (3.47.xx -> 3.53.xx). I decided to apply the update and it was a bad idea. First, during the upgrade the usb key broke down for unknown reason. Then, I could not any more access to my CCU3 with pocketcontrol HM on my iPhone via Cloudmatic. Here, I decided to reset the box. Now, I can't understand how to link my existing Cloudmatic account to CCU3 because in the settings when I clic on the Cloudmatic button, it only propose me to register for a new subscription. Could you please indicate me how to establish that connection?

Have you done no backup before the update?
Regarding Cloudmatic- go to their website login with your data and than you have to install manually the key on your CCU3. (Use google chrome to translate the page)
